In this project, for the first time, we used the modern direction in minimalism, which combines rectangular forms of rooms with panoramic glazing, erasing the face between the inner and outer space, using smooth forms of balconies and facades, which are more harmoniously integrated into the natural environment.
The villas are designed so that everyone living in them feels in complete harmony with the environment.
The buildings are located at an altitude of more than 300 m above sea level, on the edge of an intense slope.

On the one hand, we can observe a panorama of the Black Sea and the coast of Sochi, and on the other, a panorama of the forest and mountains.
