A residential building, private recreation places and gazebos with a landscaped territory were located in two levels so that the underground parking blocked the view from the lower road to the building, and the owners could enjoy the panorama of the mountains and sea as much as possible, but at the same time maintain the privacy of staying on the site with a slight difference in heights on the slope.

The building looks modern and original, thanks to all the details taken into account, including panoramic glazing, terrace and accessible roof.

Laminam large-format porcelain tiles with imitation of wooden planken and white facade make the house an extremely attractive choice for connoisseurs of avant-garde solutions.

Minimalism, the combination of porcelain stoneware with imitation of natural stone, reflects the feelings of its masters.

This became the basis for a laconic execution of the style of the house. This architectural ensemble is complemented by a symbiosis of ergonomic layout, modern materials of natural textures and large panoramic windows that blur the line between the interior and exterior.

We designed this house in a complex, it has a very interesting interior design
