An individual residential building is located in the city of Sochi. The design area is determined by the height difference of 11 meters and the orientation to the favorable south-western side of the world.
The plot is located on the seashore, surrounded by a wooded area, at an altitude of 35.5 meters above sea level. These external factors served as the choice of minimalism style with panoramic glazing, blurring the line between interior space and nature. All living quarters are oriented to the south, southwest.
The terrain of the site has a fairly strong slope from the back of the house, so it was decided to bury the first floor in the ground from the northeast. The territory of the plot is designed with 2 levels of terracing with a height difference of 1.5 m. There is an apartment building on the upper level, and a guest house on the lower level. This made it possible to reduce the load on the lower retaining wall, separate the utility area from the guest area and harmoniously integrate the landscaping of the site into the natural landscape of the area. The ergonomics of the space is designed in such a way that each square meter fulfills its function. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room, a SPA area, a summer gazebo, storerooms and technical rooms. Bedrooms, an office, dressing rooms with bathrooms are designed on the second floor.
The main concept of the landscaping and landscaping project is its landscape design, the multi-tiered architecture of plants, with each new point revealing different specific characteristics of the object. The smoothness of the lines, the elegance of the outlines, the harmony of color and shape can be traced throughout the entire territory, and are the main component of the project. Decorative groups are selected based on the contrast of morphological features of plants. The project had to resolve the issue of landscaping, continue and complement the existing landscape with evergreen and deciduous, decorative forms.
