Villa Aura — Harmony with Nature and Privacy with a Sea View.
Villa Aura is an architectural project designed with particular attention to natural context and private living. Situated on a hillside with an elevation change of up to 8 meters, in a developed urban environment, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Olympic Park, the Fisht Stadium, and the Black Sea horizon.
The core design challenge was to create a home where every functional zone remains secluded and shielded from neighbors, while maintaining maximum openness to the surrounding landscape. This was achieved through thoughtful integration of the building into the terrain and the use of expressive, fluid forms.
About the object: Location: Sochi, Sirius Federal Territory House Area: 300 m² Land Plot: 800 m² Style: Biophilic Minimalism
The villa’s architecture embraces a modern biophilic approach: smooth, organic lines, natural facade materials, and expansive panoramic glazing that blurs the line between interior space and the outdoors.
The underground level features a utility block with parking, technical rooms, and storage areas — a functional foundation that ensures convenience and order in everyday life.
Villa Aura is a space where the modern human can reconnect with nature while preserving comfort, aesthetics, and a sense of privacy.
