In creating this luxury villa, we sought to absorb the best experience of world architecture and modern materials. For the first time in Sochi, we applied parametric facade shapes that form a bionic architecture. Insulated double-glazed windows with frameless connection complement the plastic of the facade and maximally blur the line between the interior and panoramic views of Sirius. All finishing materials are selected with natural textures, which creates a natural space and comfort for future residents.

The style of architecture is dictated by the terrain. The smooth bionic shapes of the facade blend harmoniously into the landscape of the area and create a comfortable feeling of space. Panoramic glazing also features innovative radial shapes that enhance ergonomics and panoramic views. The villa’s composition combines a symbiosis of accent bionic structures, glass and natural materials. The bionic infinity pool harmoniously combines the panorama of the sea and the landscape landscape of the site. Thus, the villa’s space turned out to be aesthetic, modern and maximally integrated into nature.

The house has 4 bedrooms with a separate bathroom and a dressing room, a spacious kitchen-living room with a High ceiling, a cozy office, a separate spacious boiler room, a dressing room at the entrance and a guest bathroom. Outbuildings are also provided on the site, which include a spa area, a wine cellar, a staff room, and technical rooms. The parking of the house for 3 cars is covered with a canopy, harmoniously integrated into the facade of the building.
The shape of the building and its layout are designed in such a way that residents from each residential area feel themselves in maximum privacy and isolation, but at the same time there is space and panoramic views everywhere.

One of the main advantages of this villa is its single-storey zoning and the absence of the need for the residents of the house to run up the stairs. It also made it possible to accommodate a larger number of bedrooms while maintaining a total area of 300m2. We have achieved the comfort of the space by carefully working out the ergonomics and every detail of the building. On the facade and in the interior, we actively used smooth bionic shapes and panoramic glazing, creating maximum harmony with the mountainous landscape of the area.

The idea of this luxury villa was immediately dictated by the shape of the site, its relief and excellent view characteristics. As initial data, we had an oblong plot of 10 acres at an altitude of 165m above sea level, offering beautiful panoramas of the Olympic Park and Sirius. The terracing of the intense height difference allowed us to create maximum privacy from all the neighbors, the roadway and also provide panoramic views from all functional areas of the villa. The main facade of our house is oriented towards a favorable south-western sunny orientation, which will allow future owners to enjoy stunning sunsets and sea views.

We were given an interesting task to create an ultra-modern villa with views of Sirius and the Olympic Park. Our customers, as well as our team, have extensive experience in creating successful premium segment development projects in Sochi. Based on all the preferences of our customers, as well as the most advanced trends and technologies, we sought to create the best symbiosis of ergonomics, design and engineering in this project. At the same time, it was very important to harmoniously integrate the architecture of the villa into the surroundings and the natural landscape of the area.
