We designed the 6-meter sloped site in a cascading layout:

• The upper villa — 280 m², built for the sister, with direct driveway access and a private territory.
• The lower villa — 550 m², designed for the brother, positioned so that only one floor is visible from the upper plot.

Both homes face the forest landscape and the favorable southwest side, combining comfort, aesthetics, and natural surroundings.

Family Architecture in a Contemporary Style

This project tells the story of two siblings — a brother and a sister — who decided to build neighboring homes for their families. Our goal was to create a harmonious architectural ensemble of two villas while preserving the privacy and individuality of each residence.

The villas share a contemporary architectural language and natural materials, yet each reflects the personality of its owner:

• The sister’s villa — with barnhouse elements.
• The brother’s villa — in pure minimalist style.

This project is about respect — for family, nature, and personal space.
