Archinova Second Edition Villa
A new perspective on a project that became a classic
This project became a special continuation of a story we started several years ago.
Originally, we developed a concept for a single-story Archinova Villa on this site — a project that remained on paper and was never built. Later, the land was purchased by a family who appreciated our architectural idea. They loved the first concept but wanted something more — and so we created Archinova Second Edition.
This is a two-story villa with a total area of 600 m², individually designed to meet the new owners’ desires for space, functionality, and scale.
Key features of the project include:
Open parking area on the basement level
Elevator connecting all floors and ensuring comfortable circulation inside the house
Expanded panoramic glazing
Biomorphic facade design with contemporary materials
Mullioned glass panels emphasizing the smooth architectural lines
Special attention was given to integrating the villa into the 10-acre plot, located on a steep slope with a height difference of up to 15 meters.
Our goal was to seamlessly fit the structure into the landscape, preserving:
Privacy and ergonomic layout of all functional zones
Unobstructed panoramic views of the Olympic Park, Sirius, Lower Imeretinskaya Lowland, Sochi Airport, and the Black Sea
Architectural harmony with the natural surroundings
The second floor features varied ceiling heights.
The central compositional accent is the master bedroom area — a space with high ceilings and biomorphic mullioned glass panels that open toward the sunset and Olympic Park.
In the kitchen-living area, we created a light-filled space with direct access to the pool, terrace, and panoramic views of the coastline.
On the lower level, a private relaxation area with an integrated waterfall and a small reflective pool offers a tranquil retreat, seamlessly blending with the architectural concept.
We preserved the spirit of the original design while enhancing it with advanced engineering solutions, refined architectural details, and thoughtful planning.
Archinova Second Edition embodies the synergy of architecture, nature, engineering expertise, and the unique vision of the family.
For us, it is one of the most expressive and meaningful projects in recent years.
