On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room of impressive size. Here you can gather in a large company and have fun celebrating a special event or spending time with your family for a heartfelt conversation.

Three large bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and bathroom, are located on the second floor.
It is an area of relaxation and tranquility.

The third floor is the highlight of the house. It is occupied by a greenhouse and an operational roof with a circular panorama of an unforgettable view of the sea, mountains andand Sochi.

In addition to the house and the pool, a gazebo with a barbecue area, a relaxation room, a bathroom, a boiler room and a diesel generator set has been built on the landscaped plot.

On this project, we had to work with what was already on the site. But we tried to make the house as comfortable and truly luxurious as possible.

Very high-quality materials were used in its construction. High-end panoramic stained glass windows. They are very comfortable, with energy-efficient gt glazing.

Facades made of large-format porcelain stoneware of unique size: each tile is 1m*3m.

The garage for two cars and two ATVs is located in the basement. There is also a billiard room with access via a separate staircase to the pool area, a sauna with a steam room and a maintenance room.om.
