Barnhouse Architect’s House in Sochi is the embodiment of modern architectural solutions focused on maximizing the use of natural features of the area. Located on a compact plot of 4.7 acres, the house was designed for a family of four, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, while maintaining an atmosphere of comfort and privacy.
One of the key features of the project is the terracing of the site, which allowed not only efficient use of limited space, but also to preserve the natural relief.
The use of a large number of glass panels has become an important element that ensures the openness of the house to the picturesque panoramas of the Black Sea and the mountain landscape, which significantly increased the usable area and brought a sense of lightness and spaciousness to the interior.
