The style of architecture was chosen by the customer, it was inspired by the style of the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. We, in turn, tried to convey the whole idea of the “organic architecture” of the great architect. Harmonious layout development, natural materials – a task that we have completed 100%.
The project, in which the difference in the site is about 9 meters, so we decided to terrace the landscaped part.
We did this with a retaining wall, 4.5 meters high, which allows us to cut off the entire recreation area from noise and from viewing from the lower roadway. Therefore, on the lower side there is a private patio zone, a pool and landscaping with a panorama of the forest and the sea. We made the lower floor in the format of a gazebo, 3.7 m high, which is built into the existing landscape and forms the level of the first floor in the same level as the elevation of the upper terrace.
