It is located surrounded by a forest area of Sochi. We tried to design the houses in such a way that each owner has his own personal view of the forest area of the region, and all the houses are made in the same style, which creates a harmonious architectural ensemble in this quarter.

All the houses are located on a plot of 6 acres, which allows the owners to enjoy the space and silence. We used terracing of the plots, and the exploited roof of the garage allowed us to create a beautiful territory with a patio area and a swimming pool. This will allow our residents to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature and the comfort of staying on their plots in any weather.

In addition, we have provided a covered garage with a canopy so that our owners can avoid the discomfort of getting out of the car during the rain. This creates an additional level of comfort and convenience.
