- First, we raised the floor marker of the first floor to preserve the view of the seaside.
- Secondly, we got 2 almost symmetrical zones of the infield.
Due to the fact that the height above sea level of 300 meters allows us to grow Far Eastern plants, we decided to place them in the back and, accordingly, the upper part of the site.
The southern orientation of the site allows us to plant our subtropical crops in the lower part of the site.
Based on such a picturesque view of the forest of cork oaks and the sea coast, we tried to preserve the landscape and blend architecture into the natural landscape as harmoniously as possible. Our favorite minimalism, with its large stained glass windows and sliders, just allows you to erase the line between interior and exterior space and preserves harmony with nature even in the interior.
Another highlight of the house is the picturesque bridge to the exploited roof. The functionality of the bridge structure is complemented by a cozy recreation area near the pond under the span.
The specifics of the Sochi area almost always presuppose the terrain on the site. Sometimes, as we can see on this site, the site has a fairly strong slope. However, if the house is planted correctly, this can be a significant advantage of the site. In this case, our site is located on the southern slope of the mountain and has a beautiful view of one of our main attractions – the seascape.
We did not place the building in this way by chance.
