The house is built according to all the canons of the minimalism style. The facade is represented by a laconic composition of geometric forms where we combined decorative plaster and fiber cement panels with wood texture.

The house is for two families of 6. There are comfortable bedrooms for the owners on the second floor. There is a common recreation area, pantries, a bathhouse, guest bedrooms on the first floor. A competent layout solution made it possible to beneficially use every meter of the house and provide all family members with comfortable accommodation.
The staircase inside the house connects not only both floors, but also the landscaped terraces of the upper and middle tiers of the site. On the lower level of the adjoining territory there is an entrance and covered parking for several cars.
